When is check-In?
The check-in time is at 14.00, however, in the event that you arrive earlier, you may drop off your luggage at the hotel for storage. We do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in when possible.

Where is Athens Psiri Hotel?
The Athens Psiri Hotel is situated in the Psiri district of Athens. During the past, Psiri was a working class neighborhood that was dotted with leather workshops and small factories. Today, you will encounter traditional neoclassical structures that have been transformed into entertainment and dining establishments, cozy cafes, bars, and local taverns. The hotel’s central location is only a short walk from Monastiraki, the old town Plaka, and the historical Athens Acropolis.

How can i reach the hotel from Pireaus?
The hotel is accessible from Pireaus by metro, bus, or taxi.

Metro: Take the metro from Pireaus port to Monastiraki station, then walk Athinas street and turn left onto Sofokleous street. This is the second traffic light from Monastiraki.

Ticket for one person (one-way): 1.20€ / every 10 minutes.

The first metro is at 05.30, and the last one is 23.30.

Bus: Are you arriving late by bus from the port of Pireaus? Take the 24-hour 040 bus from Pireaus to Syntagma square. From Syntagma, proceed to walk Ermou street and then turn right onto Athinas street, subsequently turning left onto Sofokleous street.
Ticket for one person (one-way): 1.20€ / every 25 minutes.

Taxis departing from Pireaus port are estimated to cost approximately 15-20€. There is no fixed price, so the price is adjusted according to the taxi meter. You can book pickup and transfers online here. We collaborate with the appropriate individuals to provide low-cost minibus and small group transportation services. Please feel free to send your transfer request for further information.


From Athens Airport, how can I reach the hotel?

From Athens Airport, take the metro to Monastiraki station, then walk Athinas street and turn left onto Sofokleous street. A ticket for one person (one-way) costs 10€. The first metro is at 05.30, and the last one is at 23.30.

After midnight, you can take the 24-hour X95 bus to Syntagma square. From Syntagma square, walk Ermou street and turn right onto Athinas street. Then turn left onto Sofokleous street. A ticket for a single individual (one-way) costs 6€.

Taxi service from the airport is available for a cost starting from 48€ up to 4 persons To reserve your taxi, please book online. For small groups and minibus offers, we work with the appropriate people at low cost charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.


What is your check-out time?
Check out is at 11.00. For late check-out requests, please ask our reception.

Is parking available at the hotel?
There is a nearby parking facility open Monday – Sunday from 06.00 – 24.00. This parking is provided by the Municipality of Athens. Charges do apply – 10 euros per day. Prices may change without notice.

Do I have to reserve parking?
No reservation is required, our customers can go directly to the parking space at 6 Sokratous street Athens. We will be happy to show you upon your arrival. Parking is open 7 days a week from early morning to late evening, but it is always best to speak with the parking staff for the time you wish to take your vehicle.

I have already made a reservation. Will you charge me in advance?
Usually, reservations are paid during the stay. For reservations made through our website, we offer a flexible free cancellation policy, the exact date of the deadline is indicated during the booking procedure, usually 1 to 2 days before arrival. With the exception of prepaid and special discounted offers marked with an offer logo and a policy description, these bookings will be charged in advance and will be non-refundable.

Bookings made through partner websites may vary as each website operates independently. Please contact our partners directly if you wish to cancel or change the existing reservation. In most cases, a booking account will be created, and you can make changes accordingly.

What are the opening hours for reception?
The front desk is available 24 hours a day with staff and for late check-in.

How do I make a hotel reservation?
You can find a booking calendar on our home page, just enter your dates and the system will show you real time availability. There are also many booking buttons in the header and footer of our website, just click on one. You can also visit our official booking page here.

Are credit cards accepted?
We accept payment methods of cash or credit cards. We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club card, and American Express for direct bookings.

Are the rates per person or per room?
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per room basis.

Do you have an elevator?
We have elevators on all floors and our reception desk is on the ground floor. Our elevator is big and has room for wheelchair or baby stroller.

Are taxes included in the room rates?
All taxes are included except for the accommodation tax, which is varying from €0.50 – €1.50 per room/per night depending on the season. This is paid at the hotel.

Which payment options are available?
You are able to pay by cash, credit-debit card or bank transfer.

Athens Psiri Hotel consists of spacious 25 rooms, we can add extra beds or baby cribs in most room types.
